Avoiding injuries

One of the reasons I push this new training method I call the 80% technique so hard is that I feel staying healthy is the key to progressing to your ultimate potential, especially if you’re a young rider where a injury can really get inside your head and ruin your confidence. I think you’ll see more and more riders train this way as the sport progresses. This 80% technique is about .01% progression daily. Training this way greatly reduces the risk of injury, now don’t get me wrong there are some things that just happen and are out of our control in MX but we can control what we can control, so I think you should take advantage of that! but like anything else in life this takes practice so don’t expect results immediately you will at first hate it but with practice this pace will turn into something  fast. Give me 3-4 weeks of training this way I can guarantee you results with your style and longer motos!
